Caroline Lubale Buluba
Director & Co-Founder
Caroline is a director and co-founder of Apto Initiatives which was set up in 2021, she has been passionate about creating opportunities for young people to rebuild their self-esteem and wellbeing while partnering with supporters to help transform the lives of young people in the London boroughs and the world’s poorest communities. She has over 15 years of experience working in international development across a range of roles. Caroline brings top management skills and competencies in business planning, fundraising, governance, and board development.
Joan is a co-founder of Apto Initiatives since 2021, She was a director at European Coalition of Positive People where she headed the international operations of the orphans and vulnerable children in Malawi and Mozambique for 15 years. Before this she was working in Banking and Finance in the UK. She also has experience of working in employability sector advising and supporting people into sustainable employment. Joan is passionate about youth empowerment and development through career guidance and skills training.
